Course Overview
The CCN1 & Appliances reassessment course is for gas engineers. who are renewing their domestic ACS Accreditation. To be eligible to undertake reassessment, engineers must have a current ASC or where they have expired, the course can be taken no more than 12 months after the expiry date of their existing qualifications.
Gas engineers who have expired more than 12 months need to undertake the CCN1 & Appliance Initial Course.
As of Monday 1st September 2022, in order for an engineer to add additional appliances and extend their scope of work engineers are required to have been registered on the Gas Safe Register for a minimum of 12 months.
Our Domestic ASC Reassessment package (CCN1 & Appliances) includes training and assessment on the following elements:
Appliances being added for the first time would require additional realistic working environment training at an additional cost.

Domestic ASC Reassessment Package (CCN1 & Appliances) training and assessment covers the following:
CCN1 reassessment is assessed using multiple-choice open book theory exams, written theory & practical assessments.
Upon successful completion of the course, learners will be issued a new ASC certificate in CCN1 & Appliances they have undertaken. Please allow up to 28 days to receive your certificates.
